School Tours
Pre K -12
School tours are usually split into three sections:
1) Museum Tour
2) Old Jail Tour
3) Hands-on imitation Pioneer Games & Native American Games
Tours meet TEKS for English Literature, Arts, Social Studies, and Science!
Cost is $3 per student, and chaperones get in free. We encourage groups to bring at least one chaperone per every 10-15 students to make group transitions easier.
Students will view a variety of historical artifacts, including:
- Comanche Tipi and Artifacts
- Fossils and Colombian Mammoth Bone
- Pioneer Log Cabin and Schoolhouse
- Original H.O. Kelly painting
- World War II & Camp Bowie Military
- The Old Jail (1903-1981)
